Automotive Supply Liners

NSI Materials Group has been making some of the best High Grip PVC “Made in the USA” Automotive liners since 1997. Our production capabilities include but are not limited to, full roll stock, roll slicing, custom liner design, liner kits, OEM kit and liner production, and small cut parts. Our classic liner material is very similar to the popular liners found in popular tool box brands the past 30 years! In addition to tool box liner, we have the ability to make custom fender covers, router mats, Drum anti friction pads, as well as other anti-slip matting. Technical Specs: Standard: 1/16” Thick Light weight material .
ROMH compliant and ant-corrosive material.
Liner Types: 
SL35A (High Tack High Grip) 
SL35B (Medium Tack and Grip)
SLOM (Open Mesh)

Tool Box Liners

Our various and fully customizable tool box liners offer a high to medium grip and easy installation. Made with the professional tool box in mind, this material will not slip or pull out of the box while in use. It is considered a premium upgrade compared with most liners found on boxes today. We offer a few stock OEM liners kits as well as sizes, but can custom cut and slice.
  • Thickness: 1/8”.
  • Material Type: Solid SL35A and SL35B or Open Mesh material.
  • Attributes: Anti-Corrosive material for tool protection as well as high to medium anti-slip properties to keep the tools and liners from sliding. This material has been found in USA made tool boxes for over 30 years and is considered a premium liner.
  • Availability: Our Tool box liners are available but not limited to the following:
    72” x 500’ Master Roll 
    72”x 20’ Rolls.
    Custom width rolls available.
    Pre-cut: 24”x36”, 24”x72”, 18”x54”, Others (Call).
  • Colors Available: Black (Can do other colors in high volume)

Fender Covers

Attributes: Anti-Corrosive material for tool and surface protection as well as high to medium anti-slip properties to keep the tools and liners from sliding. Safe for use on all car paint, our fender mats work well in Garages and shops and can be customizable. We can Screen print on them for promotional needs, or add custom packaging colors, and branding.
  • Material Type: PVC
  • Thickness: 1/16" or 1/4" (Custom thicknesses available).
  • Custom: We can full customize these to meet your needs in volume.
  • Stock Sizes and Colors:
    24” x 36” x 1/16" – Black, Red, Blue, Yellow.
